Our Story

Built around one idea: healing should feel human

Oasis Unani Hospital & Wellness Centre was founded in Valapad with a simple conviction — that the centuries-old discipline of Unani medicine, when practised with rigour and paired with attentive, modern-day patient care, can meet the everyday health needs of a whole community.

From our home opposite Valapad Juma Masjid, we've grown into a full outpatient centre covering everything from skin and digestive health to neurology, orthopaedics and paediatric care — with our own in-house pharmacy so treatment doesn't end at the prescription pad. Every patient who walks in, whether for a first consultation or years of follow-up care, is treated as family.

Appointments can be requested by phone or email and are confirmed subject to availability. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Walk-in patients are seen in order of arrival, subject to consultation availability that day.

2. Medical advice

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask that you inform us as early as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows may affect future appointment priority.

4. Pharmacy & prescriptions

Medicines dispensed by our in-house pharmacy are prepared strictly against a valid prescription from our practitioners. Formulations should be taken exactly as directed; please report any adverse reaction immediately.

5. Patient records & privacy

Your medical history and records are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing and coordinating your care. We do not share patient information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Fees & payment

Consultation and treatment charges are communicated at the time of your visit. Please ask our reception for current fees before your consultation if you'd like to know them in advance.
